HUNA BASICS

Sunday, May 2

2:00 to 4:30pm

People Barn, Greensboro

Huna, the ancient spiritual practice of Hawaii, provides tools to live our lives in harmony - physically, emotionally, and spiritually. In this workshop, Katherine Veilleux will impart simple tools to use to heal yourself and others. Huna is a form of adventure shamanism. The focus is to use the seven principles to create harmony in the three aspects of our selves, and as a result, in our relationships with others. You will experience a guided meditation for transforming blocks, and also learn “Dynamind”, which is a technique you can use on yourself and others to release pain and resistance on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level. Katherine is an alaka'i or spiritual leader with Aloha International. She has studied with Serge Kahili King, Master Huna Shaman, for over ten years. For more information about Katherine go to her web site: www.aloha-works.com.
